Manage the ICT infrastructural structure of the company and also providing in-depth IT support to the company
Reporting Line:
Reports to Head, Finance and Administration
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Manage the company’s LAN/WAN network implementation and support
2) Provide incisive support in the company’s management of computers, laptops and other ICT equipment
3) Manage and administer company’s Exchange and File servers
4) Provide qualitative and incisive service on management of company’s communications equipment
5) Develop and manage company’s intranet facility and programming
6) Manage the company’s PABX and other wired network lines in the company
7) Other general hardware and software support to the company

1) Deep knowledge of cabling and infrastructure networking
2) Deep knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft applications (OS, Office, etc)
3) Must be adept in general computer and network trouble shooting skills
4) Deep knowledge or parts replacement and procurement for computers, printers, copiers and other ICT equipment
5) Process Management, Knowledge and Application
6) Must be initiative and able to work with minimum or no supervision
7) Ability to plan, schedule and analyze issues effectively
8) Sound intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
9) Highly organized and significant ability to multi-task effectively
10) Ability to cope with and work under pressure

2) Minimum of HND/B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
3) Possession of CCNA/MCSE/CISCO will be an added advantage
4) Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
