Responsible for record-keeping of company Accounting books and other general accounting issues
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Head, Finance and Administration
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Prepares vouchers for staff and departmental requests
2) Manages effective record keeping of company Accounting books
3) Manage company’s bank transaction issues
4) Assist in the provision of up-to-date financial reports on Management requests
5) Ensure compliance of all accounting policies and procedures by staff and units alike
6) Other duties assigned by Management
7) Work with Payroll in preparation of staff salaries

Age/Educational Qualifications/Experience:
1) Applicant must not be more than 30 years
2) Minimum of B.Sc. Accounting
3) Minimum of 1-2 years working experience (Manufacturing set-up will be added advantage)
